PRODUCT Description
Insulation's expanded polystyrene is a rigid, lightweight thermoplastic, closed cell foam plastic. By controlling the density of the expanding beads during the manufacturing process, we produce custom made insulation to the specific requirements of all the building applications. Our EPS panels are made of a unique fire resistance quality and are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes for all insulation applications of new buildings and renovations.
The panel is made of thousands of closed alveolate particulars, which is composed by 98% air and 2% polystyrene. This structure can save the air and keep the thermal insulation property
Grey EPS panel is a graphite impregnated expanded polystyrene bead board, designed to provide enhanced thermal performance. Lightweight, easy to handle and store, cut on site or form building features, SA-EPS panel is a cost effective and durable insulation product.

Durability
SA-EPS panel is nonhygroscopic, moisture resistant, rot proof, does not sustain vermin and will not encourage
the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
Environmental
SA-EPS panel is free from CFCs, HCFCs and any other material with ozone depletion potential in its
manufacture and content and represents no known threat to the environment. SA-EPS Board has a Global
Warming Potential of less than 5.
Handling and storage
SA-EPS panel is easy to handle and install, being lightweight and easily cut to size. SA-EPS panel is supplied
in polythene packs and should be stored off the ground. Avoid prolonged storage in direct sunlight

SA-EPS panel is for use with external render systems. The panels can be either adhered and mechanically fixed or just mechanically fixed to the substrate then overlaid with a mesh and render system to the SA specification.
If SA-EPS panel is to be used over 3 storeys in height then there will be a requirement to incorporate rock mineral wool fire barriers. During hot weather, if the elevation is not going to be rendered for some time, then protect from sunlight to avoid the possibility of thermal expansion. SA-EPS panel should not be use if within 1 metre of another building.
